Coaches must:

Attend all competitions and full-dress rehearsals.
Be available for team photos.
Supervise athletes backstage at all times.
Support costume changes, props, hair, and makeup prep.
Maintain calm, encouraging, child-safe behaviour in the dressing rooms.
Ensure teams know their cues, formations, and performance expectations.
