💜 Communication Expectations for All Coaches 💜

Communicate respectfully with athletes, parents, Team Managers, and Committee.
All communication with athletes must be through approved club channels only.
Coaches must not privately message junior athletes.
Notify Team Managers and the Coaching Coordinator of any absences.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Pass all concerns or issues through appropriate reporting lines.
